Mid-Gulf Hosting Worksite Enforcement & Immigration Compliance Seminar
On Wednesday, April 19, ABC of Alabama’s Mid-Gulf will host Worksite Enforcement & Immigration Compliance Seminar: A Guide for Contractors.
Over the last few weeks, a Department of Homeland Security memo circulated to Congress has created questions among construction owners, leadership and HR departments in regards to immigration and the construction labor workforce. In response to these questions, ABC of Alabama has assembled an unprecedented group of immigration and employment professionals to provide details not only on what the memo outlined but also on HR best practices, preparing and dealing with an ICE audit or actual job visit.
