Capstone Building Corp. Breaks Ground on Affordable Multi-Family Housing Development at Cottage Hill in West Mobile

Capstone Building Corp. recently broke ground on an affordable multi-family housing development titled, Cottage Hill in Mobile, Alabama. The $9 million development will encompass 98,701 square feet of space on the Cottage Hill property. Construction is scheduled to be completed in May of 2018.

“We are excited to bring a spacious and affordable housing option to the west Mobile community,” stated Michael Hendrickson, Director of Pre-Construction and Estimating of Capstone Building Corp. “With four buildings and a separate community clubhouse, the development will provide an inviting and comfortable home for future residents.”

The multi-family affordable housing project will consist of 80 units within four buildings with a separate clubhouse for residents on the property. This project is the first phase of a multi-phase development.

The Cottage Hill development is located at 7600 Cottage Hill Road in Mobile, Alabama. Capstone Building Corp. will serve as the general contractor, with Pennrose Properties, LLC of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania working as the developer.
