Construction Worker Shortage in Birmingham

Workforce Development

There is a shortage of construction workers in Birmingham, and it’s having an impact on the Magic City. “If we do not fill this workforce void, it will come to a screeching halt, and that’s why it’s consuming every conversation our association is involved in,” said Reed.
