Doster at Work on Three New Tennessee State Park Hotels

Doster Construction Company has begun construction on two Tennessee State Park Inn projects for the State of Tennessee’s Department of General Services. Doster will complete renovations at the Montgomery Bell State Park Inn in Burns, Tennessee and the Pickwick Landing State Park Inn in Counce, Tennessee.

The Pickwick Landing State Park Inn project, designed by the Renaissance Group, will renovate each of the inn’s 119 rooms while keeping the facility operational. The project will also renovate the conference center, kitchen, restaurant, pool, MP&E systems, exterior improvements, and new interior finishes.

The Montgomery Bell State Park Inn and Conference Center project, designed by EOA Architects, will renovate the existing 123-room hotel including the conference center, kitchen, restaurant, MP&E systems, landscaping, swimming facilities, structural and exterior improvements, building envelope, and new interior finishes.

Doster has also been working on a third state park inn for Tennessee, Paris Landing State Park Inn. The first phase of the project has just completed which included the demolition of the existing inn. The second phase will include the construction of the new 90-room hotel including conference and meeting space, a restaurant, and outdoor terrace, firepit, pool, and seating area.

Doster currently has another hospitality project going up in Tennessee, the 12-story Graduate Nashville.
